Payment Deadline: Complete payment must be made within 2 business days of auction. Partial payments can be accepted but invoice will have to be paid in full by the second business day. Failure to complete payment during this time will result in forfeiture of vehicle and relisting fees will apply.
Notice of Reserve Pursuant to ARS 47-2328 and UCC 2-328. Notice is hereby given that this auction is with reserve. In the event of a reserve, Local Liquidators, The Auction Yard or its affiliates may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the seller, whether by opening bidding or consecutively bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve. If we have an interest in an offered lot and the proceeds there from other than our commissions, we may bid in the same manner therefore to protect such interest. Max bids are available to be seen by Auctioneer and bidders at our Live Sale. As a bidder, It is your responsibility to stop bidding when you have reached an amount you are willing to pay. Please stop bidding when you have reached the amount that you are comfortable with paying.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, cashier's check, zelle, wire transfer, credit/debit cards. Credit/Debit cards can be used for up to the first $3000.00 of the invoice total with credit/debit card and photo ID present in person only. Bidder will be charged an additional 3% convenience fee towards the total of any credit/debit card transaction.
Buyer's Premium: There will be a 5% buyers premium per lot
Admin Fee: There will be a $175 Admin Fee Per lot
Sales Tax: There is a 8.10% tax in effect for this lot.
(Tax applies to final bid price and buyer's premium)
Late fees:$50 per day late payment for any vehicles unpaid by Friday.
Storage fees: There will be a $12 a day storage fee for all items left on the property after Monday.
